Refund policy

At Carat Gala, we're confident that you'll adore your handmade jewelry. We want the experience of receiving and trying it on to be effortless for you. Our goal is to ensure that every customer feels confident in their purchase. However, if you're not completely satisfied for any reason or choose not to keep your jewelry, we're pleased to offer a hassle-free return, free of charge, as part of our commitment to you. This is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in our return policy.

We provide a complimentary 30-day return window, allowing you to ensure that your purchase is perfect. If, for any reason, you're not entirely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days from the shipping date for a full refund to your original payment method.

Please Note:

• Custom-designed merchandise cannot be returned.
• All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition, accompanied by all original documentation provided with the purchase.
• Returns without the Moissanite certificate (where applicable) are subject to a 30% deduction from the order amount for a replacement fee for each missing card.
• Returns showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.

Special Considerations for 10K, 14K, 18K, AND PLATINUM items: These items are 100% handcrafted based on your personal preference. If returned, a workforce fee of 30% of the order price will be deducted from the refund. Customized or engraved items, as well as rings with custom sizes, are not eligible for return.
